Lit Cocktails was born from Diamond’s love of bringing people together. After years working in restaurants and events, she saw how often bar service felt rushed, impersonal, or disconnected from the celebration itself. She started Lit Cocktails to change that -- creating an experience where drinks, service, and atmosphere feel just as intentional as the event they’re part of.

Diamond is the face of Lit Cocktails and the heartbeat of every event experience. She leads all client communication, cocktail creation, and on-site service. From the first inquiry to the final pour, she works closely with hosts, planners, and venues to ensure every detail flows seamlessly. She builds custom cocktail menus, leads signature drink consultations, and coordinates every bar detail so hosts can focus on enjoying their celebration.

​Sadé is the operational backbone of Lit Cocktails and the engine behind everything that keeps the business running. Her strength isn’t just systems — it’s heart. She approaches every process, workflow, and creative decision with the goal of supporting the kind of experience Lit Cocktails is known for: polished, personal, and experience-driven.

Sadé built much of what allows the company to function at a high level — from financial systems and pricing frameworks to the content you see online and the workflows that give Diamond the space to focus on clients and craft. And when an event calls for two bartenders, Sadé steps behind the bar alongside Diamond, pouring, connecting with guests, and helping the experience feel warm and well-orchestrated.
